B On July 20, 2016, the Incheon District Court sentenced imprisonment for six months with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., which became final and conclusive on July 28, 2016.

1. From early November 2015 to early March 2016, Defendant B: (a) placed an advertisement on the Internet site “G,” etc. while operating the studio commercial sex acts in the name, namely, D309, 316, 505, 514, 516, and 1512 in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) placed an advertisement on the studio commercial sex acts in the name, namely, “E” and “F; and (c) placed an advertisement on the studio commercial sex acts in order to receive KRW 8-130,000 from the male descendants who reported the advertisement to receive KRW 8-130,00 from the male descendants who were waiting for commercial sex acts; and (d) arranged sexual intercourse by providing guidance to the atmosphere where the women of commercial sex acts are waiting for.

2. From March 12, 2016 to April 1, 2016, Defendant A and the same Defendants employed the said D 309, 316, 505, 514, 516, and 1512 as a female sex trafficking business establishment, and “I” used “G”, etc., which is a father’s nationality, as a female sex trafficking business establishment, and posted an advertisement on the Internet site, etc., while operating a business establishment for the instant officetels sex trafficking, and arranged the sexual intercourse by guiding the male grandchildren to receive KRW 120,00 won for the said advertisement, and by guiding the room in which the female sex trafficking is waiting.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.
