A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2015, the Defendants prepared officetels, etc. and agreed to arrange for commercial sex acts by employing female employees. Defendant A posted an advertisement for soliciting sexual traffic in the name of “G” in “F, etc., which is an Internet commercial sex acts advertising site, and leased the place of commercial sex acts. Defendant B provided guidance to female employees waiting for commercial sex acts by guiding Defendant A to do so.

Accordingly, around March 2, 2016, the Defendants received 1.30,000 won per hour for the purchase of sex, which had been found in the street located in H in Yangsan-si, from which they had been able to report on the Internet advertisement, and provided guidance to 302,00 won by Yangsan-si, as an employee, J (K) and sexual traffic.

As such, from November 2015 to the above day, the Defendants jointly employed 516, 601, 605, 617, and I Building 302, 403, 18 female employees, and had them engage in sexual purchase and commercial sex acts, thereby arranging commercial sex acts.
