A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into places used for public use of sexual crimes) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into places used for public use of sexual crimes) on the following occasions: (a) around May 12, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened in front of the third female toilets of C University 54 in Changwon-si; (c) opened in front of the third female toilets of C University 54 in Changwon-si; and (d) opened in the above female toilets in order to look at people in front of the third female toilets; and (b) taken the victim’s body, such as his/her son, who reported the change by inserting it in a way that it is sealed under the narrow partitions.

As a result, the Defendant intruded on places used by unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting sexual desire, and taken photographs against his will another person's body that may cause sexual humiliation or shame using a camera or other similar mechanism.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (using cameras, etc.) took photographs against the will of another person’s body by using devices equipped with the similar function, such as a camera or other similar function, from May 3, 2018 to May 23:03, 2018, the Defendant reported the victim of a false female victim, who was suffering a fright in the E platform located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, on May 14:40, 2018.
