1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,783,297 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 15, 2018 to the date of full payment.

The following facts are not disputed between the parties, or may be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the statements in Gap 1 and 2.

In other words, the Plaintiff is employed by the Defendant who is a company that engages in real estate sales business, etc. and works as a management general director from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018.

The retirement was made.

The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff KRW 35,783,297, the sum of KRW 10,000,000, monthly wage of KRW 10,041,667, annual salary of KRW 5,741,630, and annual salary of KRW 35,783,297.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of 35,783,297 won, such as unpaid wages, and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 15, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day following the plaintiff's retirement, unless there are other special circumstances.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted.
