1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,332,502 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 14, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, it can be acknowledged that the plaintiff was employed by the defendant company for the purpose of manufacturing and selling electrical appliances, etc. and provided labor from July 1, 2013 to March 30, 2018, and the plaintiff was not paid KRW 27,985,940, retirement pay 16,354,232, and annual rent 262,220, and annual rent 1,730,110, including other money and valuables 1,732,50,502.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,32,502, including wages, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 14, 2018 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
