1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,376,952 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 15, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant, a company established for the purpose of the development of the radio Internet video chain and service business, and retired from office after serving for the period from March 2, 2011 to September 30, 2015.

B. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 645,161 in March 2015, KRW 3,358,334 in August of the same year, KRW 3,756,84 in September of the same year, and KRW 24,959,012 in total.

According to the above facts of determination, the defendant is obligated to pay 24,376,952 won, which deducts retirement income tax of 582,060 won from total amount of unpaid wages and retirement allowances of 24,959,012, as requested by the plaintiff, and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 15, 2015 to the date of full payment from the date of retirement of the plaintiff to the date of full payment.

3. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
