Defendant B invaded into the entrance without the locking door, and carried out a non-verification color of the market price owned by the victim and 30,000 won in cash, and the credit card bank owned by the victim.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendants conspired on March 10, 2014, and around 21:33, 2014, the fact in the “HT” of the Victim G management located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, without any justifiable authority to use the said EF credit card, Defendant A purchased 2 gold paper equivalent to 415,750 won at the market price as if it were E and paid KRW 831,50,000 from March 10, 2014 to 23:11 on the same day by purchasing 11,432,420 won as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the victims by deceiving them with stolen credit cards, and used stolen credit cards.
