A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not corrected at the first floor of the public parking lot in B in B market, and entered the door inside the box; and (b) stolen the victim’s market price, i.e., one f., one of the total market price owned by the victim C, which was located on the inside line of “D” operated by the victim C.

2. On January 4, 2020, at around 23:28, the Defendant: (a) entered the place in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1) at the place; (b) cut off with two cash 20,000 won in total and 20,000 won in the market price of the cash and 20,000 won in total, such as c,00 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession of the victim’s “D” inside the “D” operated by the Defendant; and (c) continued to cut with two tin in a can, 30,000 won in total, consisting of 15,00 won in cash, which is the victim’s ownership inside the “F” operated by the victim E located adjacent to the said restaurant.

3. On January 6, 2020, the Defendant, at around 21:35, entered the place in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1) at the same time, and went away with the Defendant, i.e., a total of 3,000 won of the market price owned by the victim C, which was inside the “D” operated by the victim C, using an electronic stamp, and did not commit an attempted crime while cooking two marbbbbed with an electronic stamp, and did not realize that intention.

4. 피고인은 2020. 1. 7. 21:30경 제1항 기재 장소에서 같은 방법으로 장터 내부로 들어간 후 피해자 E이 운영하는 ‘F’ 내부에 있던 피해자 소유인 합계 82,000원 상당의 과자 1개, 소고기 캔 3개, 후르츠 칵테일 5개, 참치캔 5개, 과자 8개, 음료수 5캔을 가지고 가 절취하고, 계속하여 위 식당 옆에 위치한 피해자 C이 운영하는 ‘D’ 내부에 있던 피해자 소유인 시가 합계 10,000원 상당의 컵라면 1개, 햄 통조림 1개, 캔 음료수 1개를 가지고 가 절취하였다.
