[Criminal Records] On November 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny in the Chungcheong District Court.

The judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2016, and during the suspension period, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at night in the Cheongju District Court on March 31, 2017 and the judgment on the suspension of execution became final and conclusive on June 10, 2017.

On February 28, 2018, the Defendant was released on February 28, 2018 and on April 2, 2018.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A.
