A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On January 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the K Lone Star motor vehicle owned by the victim J, which was parked therein at the front of the I apartment at the Government-Si around 15:34 on January 24, 2020; and (b) opened a door of the Kone Star motor vehicle owned by the victim, which was located inside the passenger vehicle, in total of the market price equivalent to KRW 5.7 million at the victim’s market price, 1,010.
