Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with his/her own business on August 13, 2017;
A. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant tried to smoke in the toilet “H restaurant where the victim G works in the Do Government-si F,” and the victim proposed it.
