Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of one hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor by obstructing the performance of official duties at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the first intersection of North Korea North Korea on August 31, 2017.

A.
