A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months with prison labor for the crimes of No. 1 and No. 2 with prison labor for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 26, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on May 21, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 21, 2019, and on September 30, 2019, the Defendant completed the execution of the said punishment in the Ansan Prison.

1. Larceny;
