Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Busan District Court Branch of the Busan District Court on April 22, 2018.

1. Habitual theft;

A. On September 15, 2018, at around 03:42, the Defendant discovered the victim D who was diving at the rest room in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Defendant cut off the key of the 164 object box that the victim had worn on the left hand, and opened an object by using such key, and cut off one set of mobile phones 9,300,000 won in cash and one set of 60,000,000 won in market price of the victim’s ownership, and one set of brub gate 60,000,000 won in market price.

B. On September 18, 2018, around 16:28, the Defendant discovered the victim G who was locked at the male water surface room located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and brought the victim back the key of the 283 set 283 hand away, and opened the above objects by using the key, and cut up the cash 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim and cut off one and one car heat of 400,000 won.

C. On October 29, 2018, around 04:14, 2018, the Defendant discovered the victim J who was divingd in the “I” resting room located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and stolen by having one cell phone of LG pro-2 mobile phone equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price of the victim’s ownership that the victim left behind.

On August 22, 2018, at around 03:52, the Defendant, at the rest room in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the victim M(51 years of age), who was placed on his/her head, was under the victim's possession right side, followed by a single jugal juth of Samsung Gallon's cell phone located on his/her own market price.

E. At around 06:00 on October 9, 2018, the Defendant found the Victim P who was divingd in the OB or the water surface room located in Jongno-gu Seoul N, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and galgal ju City equivalent to KRW 1060,000 in the market price owned by the victim left beside the victim.
