A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 12, 2013, at around 00:30 on August 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim C-owned C-owned physical cards, outer humds, and Nompt North Korea bank located in the second basement of “Egyna” located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, resulting in theft.
2. At around 02:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim F’s cellular phone against the unclaimed market price in the F-owned market where the victim F was locked due to the suppression of the victim F in Gunsan City G.
3. On September 4, 2013, around 09:30 on September 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a small beer window on a building 101 in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) cut off the victim I with the object equivalent to KRW 1,320,000 in total, including one television of the market price of KRW 5,30,000,000, the market price of KRW 620,000,000, KRW 170,000.
4. On September 14, 2013, around September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance door that was unlocked at the victim K, L house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) intruded into the house; and (c) carried out TRG X-110 Empt North Korea, the market price of which is not owned by K and stolen with 10 LG X-10 Empt North Korea.
5. On September 14, 2013, around 13:00 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not locked at the victim N’s house located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City OO building 102; (b) intruded into the house, and (c) took one computer with a face value of 1.2 million won at the market price and one 50,000 won at the market price.
6. On September 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 04:30 on September 20, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened a door using the office keys carried out from the goods of Q located in the S station located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government R; and (c) intrudes the victim P.
