1. Defendant Gwangju City’s 20,305,120 won and 6% per annum from March 10, 2015 to July 18, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 17, 2011, the Plaintiffs organized a joint supply and demand organization (hereinafter referred to as “stock company” in the name of the company) representing the Plaintiff main Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “instant construction”) (hereinafter referred to as “Co., Ltd.”). The Plaintiffs concluded a contract for the construction of four new public sewage treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as “instant construction”) from the Public Procurement Service affiliated with the Republic of Korea on the contract amount of 10,570,00,000, total construction period of KRW 15,505,631,000, total construction period of KRW 15,505,631,00, total construction period of KRW 660, total construction period of April 9, 2013, the date of commencement, June 20, 201, and June 1, 2011, and June 13, 2013).

B. The instant construction contract: (a) an additional statement of the total construction amount determined by the successful bid price, etc. according to the long-term continuing construction contract; and (b) an annual contract was concluded within the scope of the budget compiled in each year; and (c) three times the construction work was performed within the scope of the budget. The details of concluding the contract by the number of vehicles and the Defendants, application for the adjustment of the contract amount, and request for the completion amount are indicated in the following table.

(1) On June 17, 201, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiffs entered into a contract for construction (including the first construction) between the Defendant and the Plaintiffs (total completion date: April 9, 2013; 660 days; and the date of completion of the first construction: June 13, 2012) with the Defendant and the Plaintiffs on May 7, 2012 (total completion date: June 4, 2013; the date of completion of the second construction: June 4, 2013; the date of completion of the second construction: June 4, 2013; the date of completion of the second construction: June 4, 2013).
