1. The Defendant’s KRW 88,657,600 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from June 13, 2015 to August 9, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 28, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, with the Defendant, for construction works (two sections) on the mountain tunnel connection road (hereinafter “instant construction works”).

As to the contract amount of KRW 3,968,660,00, total construction additional amount of KRW 8,427,772,00, total construction commencement amount of KRW 8,427,772,00, December 30, 2010 on the date of commencement, December 29, 2011, and December 29, 201 on the total completion date of construction (hereinafter “the primary contract for construction work”).

(2) On December 16, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works with the Defendant, setting the contract amount of KRW 6,084,810,00 for the instant construction works, KRW 10,053,470,00 for the total construction period, and KRW 16,01 for the commencement date, December 16, 201; the completion date on December 29, 2012; and the total completion date on December 29, 2012.

(hereinafter referred to as “the second contract for construction works”). B. The aforementioned contract for construction works is referred to collectively as “the instant contract for construction works.”
