1. The Defendant’s KRW 126,435,918 among the Plaintiff and KRW 75,001,488 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 51,434,430 from October 21, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On March 5, 2012, A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Rehabilitation Company”) concluded a contract for construction work in the form of a long-term continuing construction contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant for a long-term continuing construction contract (hereinafter “long-term continuing construction contract”) with a total construction period of KRW 3,395,652,00, and a total construction period of KRW 3,395,652,000 with respect to the instant construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) from March 12, 2012 to August 28, 2014. The rate of liquidated damages was 0.1% of the daily allowance for the contract amount (annual contract amount of long-term continuing construction contract).
