A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 13, 2016, at around 22:10, the Defendant: (a) committed theft: (b) around a village children’s park located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangdong-gu, 79-4; (c) 1 copy of reference reference amounting to KRW 22,050, the victim’s market price owned by the victim; (d) 1 copy of reference amounting to KRW 14,900; and (e) 1 copy of foreign exchange credit card; and (e) 49,000 of the market price in which the victim’s market price was included; and (e) 22:10; and (e) 1 copy of 49,000,
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;
A. On June 13, 2016, at the convenience store operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 13, 2016, the Defendant purchased a DNA tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,100,00 at the market price, and presented the stolen credit card to both victims as the Defendant, and paid it by presenting it to both victims, and the Defendant received the delivery from the injured party, used the stolen credit card, and acquired another’s property.
B. The Defendant purchased at the above convenience store around 22:27 on the same day 22:40 won of the market value of 2,400 won and 2,500 won of the market value, and presented the stolen credit card to both victims as the Defendant and received the delivery of the said goods from the injured party, and acquired another’s property by deception.

At around 22:30 on the same day, the Defendant purchased DNA tobacco equivalent to KRW 12,300,00 at the above convenience store and presented the stolen credit card to both victims as above, and settled the payment, and received the delivery of the above goods from the injured party, and acquired another’s property.
