A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1658"

1. On November 25, 2015, at around 14:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a string in front of the Gu-U.S. Si road, a string of which is parked by the victim E; and (b) stolen property owned by the victims over 12,680,000 won, including one string and one string of 300,000, the market price of which is at least 600,000 won in the vehicle in custody, from September 7, 2015 to December 17, 2015.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On November 23, 2015, the Defendant purchased one cigarette of the victim’s name, who is an convenience store employee at the G convenience store located in Kusi-si, Seoul Metropolitan Government on November 16:52, 2015, from the victim’s name, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to prepare a credit card sales slips by presenting the credit card card of H, as shown in the attached list 1st six instances of crime, as in the attached list 1st six instances; (b) made the victim prepare a false credit card sales slip; (c) made the victim sign a false signature on the signature column of the sales slip; and (d) by deceiving the victim, acquired the same amount of pecuniary benefits by removing the victim from paying the purchase price of 1 lump-ro tobacco of 45,000 won.

B. On November 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 64,650,00 in total market value of KRW 64,650, such as 1 scatho tobacco 1, etc. from the victim’s name, in the J convenience store located in Gusisi-si I, which is an convenience store employee, at around 15:03, Nov. 25, 2015, the Defendant acquired the same amount of pecuniary benefits by allowing the victim to prepare a credit card card card on the part of E, which was stolen, i.e., one time as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table 1st nine instances; and (b) by deceiving the victim to use a false credit card on the signature column of the sales slip; and (c) deceiving the victim to pay the amount of goods equivalent to KRW 64,650.

On November 25, 2015, the Defendant is the victim, who is a staff member of LPG charging station in Gu-si, Si-si, Gu-si.
