A thief and Defendant A’s fraud by using computers, etc. did not return the cards, but did not return them to the following crimes, upon receiving a request to the effect that he/she would pay the credit amount from “G” clubs operated by himself/herself in F of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and that he/she would withdraw cash from H, and upon receiving a request to the effect that he/she would make it possible to withdraw cash.

(2) On March 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on March 21, 2012, entered the said card, which was previously held in advance, into a cash withdrawal machine managed by the said Livestock Cooperative, the victim of the said Livestock Cooperative; (b) entered the transferred amount and password into his/her account; and (c) withdrawn the amount of money and password, and then, (c) made the Defendant enter it into the information processing system without his/her authority; and (d) withdrawn it into the cash account; and (d) subsequently, (d) withdrawn the personal information processing system from 300,000 won.
3. On March 11, 2012, at around 19:57, the Defendant: (a) stored the said card in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the said stable, which is a victim installed at the said cash automation machine; (b) entered the withdrawn amount and password, and then withdrawn KRW 1.6 million in cash and stolen it.
On March 14, 2012, at around 14:00, the Defendant would know all things to Defendant B, who is an employee of a music club, at his own residence located in K in the Chungcheongbuk-gun;
The benefits will not be forgotten;
A statement shall be made instead of cash withdrawal or account transfer.
