Punishment of the crime

1. On December 11, 2013, at around 19:00 to 20:00 permanent residence, the Defendants came to the house of Victim F, and Defendant B reported the network, and Defendant A entered a ward through an unrecepted window and had one head of the NA and one head of the NAC, which is owned by the victim under the shock.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On December 11, 2013, the Defendants reported the network to Defendant A at the central branch of the agricultural cooperative located in Pungpo-Eup, a permanent residence in Pungpo-Eup, and Defendant B collected the passbook in F’s name, which had been stolen in advance due to cash withdrawal administered by the central branch of the victims’ permanent residence, and withdrawn the amount of KRW 4 million in cash by inputting the amount of money withdrawn and the number of KRW 4 million.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

3. On December 11, 2013, the Defendants: (a) reported the network of Defendant A to A; and (b) Defendant B collected a new cooperation passbook in the name of F, which had been stolen prior to a cash withdrawal machine managed by the Victim Information and Communications Cooperative, and withdrawn KRW 5 million in cash by entering the amount of the withdrawal and the secret number of KRW 5 million.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

4. On December 12, 2013, the Defendants reported the network of Defendant A at Alcom Credit Union, which was permanently residing in the permanent residence on permanent residence around 04:39 on December 12, 2013, and Defendant B then released KRW 6 million in cash by inserting a new credit passbook in the name of F, which had been stolen in advance from a cash withdrawal machine managed by the Victim Alcom Credit Union established at the scene, and by entering the amount of KRW 6 million and password.
