Reasons
Punishment of the crime
I. To the extent that the Defendants’ exercise of their right of defense is not substantially hindered, part of the facts charged is amended and recognized by this Court to the extent that this Court duly adopted and recognized.
Defendant
A is the representative director of Defendant H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”), Defendant H’s managing director, who is Defendant H’s managing director in charge of the business affairs of the company. Defendant C is the chief of the general affairs of Defendant H, and Defendant C is the person in charge of the company accounting affairs as the chief of the general affairs of Defendant H. Defendant C. Defendant D, F, E, and G are sales agents of the stock farm as business directors of Defendant H, and Defendant H is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling dairy machinery.
P is the operator of Q farm, R, T is the operator of S farm, Eul is the operator of W, X is the operator of X, Z is the operator of AA, AB is the operator of AC farm, AD is the operator of AE farm, AD is the operator of AE farm, AF, AG, and AH as the operator of the AI farm.
1. An open livestock shed modernization project for livestock shed facilities is a national subsidy project that provides funds for the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement, which is a national fund, based on the Special Act on Assistance to Farmers, etc. following the Conclusion of the Free Trade Agreement and the Livestock Industry Act, for the purpose of improving productivity by coping with the expansion of opening to the outside, such as the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement (20% of its own contributions, 30% of its national subsidies, and 50% of its own contributions [in the case of the attached Table 1: 4 and 6 once, 10% of its own contributions, 40% of its own contributions (30%) of its subsidies (50% of its own contributions, 30% of its own contributions, 10%) and the second conservation method (20% of its own contributions, and 80% of its own loans).
In addition, the project shall be subsidized to the City/Do with funds, such as new, remodeling, renovation, repair, etc. of agricultural and forestry livestock next livestock pens, and the Mayor/Do Governor shall apply for the subsidy from the Si/Gun/Gu.
