After being selected as a person eligible for additional subsidy, the Defendant changed the total project cost from 515,930,000 to 504,000,000 won (subsidies 151,200,000, 252,000,000, and 100,80,000,000,000) on December 19, 201, following the change in the decision to grant a stable facility modernization project in 201.
