A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 145"

1. The Defendant violated the Military Service Act is a social service worker working at a D University located in Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and was absent from his service for at least eight (8) days in total on the ground that he did not work without any contact from November 8, 2017 to November 17, 2017.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance and exit number of the entrance known to the Defendant when working in the said office; (b) intruded into the said office; and (c) 1 the new card (H); and (d) 1 the vehicle keys owned by the victim who had been on his book in the said office; and (c) removed the Defendant’s new card (H) from the said office, when working in the said office.

As a result, the theft was committed.

B. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant intruded into the above “G office” office by the same method, and stolen the market price owned by the said victim, which was on his/her book, by holding two infinite North Korea and one infinite street.

3. On November 14, 2017, around 07:50, the Defendant, at the J convenience store located in Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, presented the credit card in the name-based F, which was stolen, as described in the foregoing 2-A, to an employee, as he/she was the legitimate licensee, and acquired the stolen credit card from the employee with property equivalent to KRW 35,100,00, such as tobacco, city, brush, etc., and obtained the stolen credit card.

On July 10, 2018, the Defendant, around 17:34, 2018, placed one of the mobile phones owned by the victim of Samsung (including approximately KRW 500,000 won at the market price, spack cam cams) located in the Cheongdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, where L, who is an infant of the victim K, was negligent in the surveillance of the victim K, in accordance with the Cheongdong-gu, Cheongdong-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
