Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon method Board on December 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 21, 2012.

The defendant was exempted from paying 170,000 won from the injured party, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.
The Defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim, and E used a stolen credit card.

3. On September 14, 2014, at around 08:50, the Defendant, along with L, pushed up the shoulder of the victims by hand while serving a victim’s O (27 tax), the victim P (27 tax) and the Si expenses on the roads of “N cafeteria” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
