Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2015, Defendant A cited 40,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on his/her customer, in cash, 40,000 won, credit card 4, one resident registration certificate 1, and one seal 1,50,000 won in the market price, where the victim was placed on his/her customer, and 1,50,000 won in the room of Cheong-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and Esing in the second floor.
Accordingly, Defendant A stolen the victim’s property.
2. On May 29, 2015, the Defendants in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business, at the H main point located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju on May 29, 2015, presented to the victim J as if Defendant A was a legitimate holder, and had the victim pay 530,000 won of alcoholic beverages, and used the stolen credit card.
