A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution due to special intimidation at the Jeju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 26th of the same month.

1. On October 24, 2017, around 12:30 on Jeju-si, Jeju-do, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s property by cutting off the windows of the door door of the party’s office one time on the ground that the victim C did not easily have access to the Defendant’s horse, which was located in the relevant place on the ground that the victim C did not easily have access to the Defendant’s horse.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. Interference with performing public duties;

A. On October 25, 2017, at the E community service center located in Jeju-si around 10:00, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of public officials’ social welfare duties by assaulting plastic bags containing cigarette butts, bread, small-scale bottles, etc., on the following grounds: (a) on the ground that the Defendant was infinite, a public official in charge of social welfare (n, 45 years of age) belonging to the said center, on the ground that it was infinite, F (n, 45 years of age).

B. On October 25, 2017, the Defendant re-exploited the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 15:00, and, on the ground that the victim F (n, 45 years of age) who is a public official in charge of social welfare affairs belonging to the above center was committed by putting the victim’s head debt in hand and scambling the victim’s head debt, and assaulting the victim’s head debt at hand, who is a public official belonging to the above center (n, 49 years of age), one time as a drink, thereby obstructing the public official’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to social welfare affairs, respectively.

On October 25, 2017, the Defendant shall put the residents of the E community service center in the front of the entrance of the E community service center, such as the preceding paragraph, around 15:10 on October 25, 2017.

“A police officer, who was dispatched upon receipt of 112 reports to the effect that “A police officer, who is the police officer belonging to the Ho-dong Police Station of the Jeju Dong Police Station, wishesed to take an on-site situation by a large voice “I see the scene.” The police officer’s face was taken once at his head, thereby committing assaulting the I’s face on one occasion, thereby constituting a police officer’s 112 report processing and criminal investigation.
