A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On January 10, 2012, the Defendant, at the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan community service center, was under influence of alcohol at around 10:00, the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties concerning the overall social welfare affairs of the head of the residents’ living support team, who is a public official, by threatening the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan community service center, the head of the residents’ living support team, who is the head of the residents’ living support team, performing the social welfare general affairs, and by threateninging about 30 minutes of a fine upon reporting to the police.”

B. On January 12, 2012, at the above C community service center around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol, she took a bath in a large amount; (b) she takes a trial cost to the civil petitioner; (c) E, the head of the civil petition counseling center, who was the head of the civil petition counseling center, performed the overall duties for civil petition counseling; and (d) obstructed the legitimate performance of duties concerning the overall duties for civil petition counseling by the head of the civil petition counseling center, who is a public official, by assaulting the civil petition counseling center leader, such as cutting off and shaking the ebro, etc.

C. At around 19:00 to 200 on April 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the Defendant worked at the above C community service center; (b) the Defendant, who was on the part of the elderly welfare service, was on the part of his work hours; and (c) the Defendant, who was on the part of the elderly welfare service, was on the part of his work hours, is on the part of his work hours; and (d) the Defendant, who was on the part of his hand, expressed that he was on the part of his hand, that he was on the part of the Defendant, and was on the part of his daily life support team, and was on the part of his daily life support team, and was on the part of his daily life support team, not on the part of his work hours; and (d) the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of his duties regarding the welfare work of the elderly who was on the part of the public official.

On June 19, 2012, around 10:30-10:50 on June 19, 2012, the Defendant, at the above C community service center, changed the public official in charge of social welfare by walking the phone to the above community service center, and changed the public official in charge of social welfare.
