A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 15:00 on October 25, 2018, the Defendant: (b) sounded that D, a public official in charge of social welfare affairs related to the supply and demand of basic living in the Daegu Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, and C community service center, would be out of the clothes of the person in charge; (c) d, at around 17:30 on the same day, D would go off from the front of the above community service center; and (d) interfered with D with D with his/her own sound by stating that D would go off from the front of the above community service center, with his/her own arms, and “I am off as I am, while I am off, I am as I am, I am off, I am, and I am dead.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties concerning civil petition counseling and social welfare affairs of public officials belonging to the community service center.
2. On October 26, 2018, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties, around 11:00 on the ground that D was against the Defendant at the above C community service center, around October 26, 2018, he saw D as follows: (a) “I would find her mother and child used at the time of a one-person demonstration, she would be off her clothes, she would be off her daily life, and she would be off her clothes; (b) I would like to threaten D for about 40 minutes; and (c) I would like to find D at around 13:15 on the same day, that “I would be off her mouth, she would be off her clothes, she would be off her clothes, she would be off her clothes; and (d) I would like to threaten D for about 1 hour, she would have to leave her clothes for about 10 hours, she would not have to leave her clothes for about 10 hours.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties concerning civil petition counseling and social welfare affairs of public officials belonging to the community service center.
