A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months and by imprisonment for not more than six months for the remaining crimes as set forth in the judgment of the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and 2 years of suspended execution in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on January 14, 2010, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 22, 2010. However, on May 1, 2014, the said suspended sentence was revoked and currently serving in the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory.

1. At around 05:00 on October 8, 2009, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the way in front of the Samman apartment apartment in the Gudong-si, Simpo City; (b) opened a door that was not locking for the victim C’s car owned by the victim C; and (c) set up the door, and cut off 2.50,000 won of the market value; (d) 1 Abavia, Aba digital camera equivalent to 600,000 won of the market value; and (e) 30,000 won of cash.

2. Special larceny;

A. On January 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on January 30, 2014, at around 02:0, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the entrance door locks by using the cutting machine first prepared in advance; and (c) destroyed the entrance locks; and (d) destroyed the door door locks with approximately 330 meters of electric wires equivalent to KRW 20,050,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession in storage at the same place.

B. On March 1, 2014, around 03:3:30 on March 1, 2014, the Defendant intruded the aforementioned method in front of the said material storage, and used a cable equivalent to KRW 300,000,000 at the market price of the said victim’s possession in the storage.

Accordingly, the Defendant, throughout the night, stolen property by damaging the door, the wall, and a part of the structure and impairing the structure of the victim.

3. On March 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 08:10 on March 23, 2014, at the time of a material warehouse of the victim I’s Hastudio Hastudio in Gu, Si, Gu, Si, si, opened an entrance by inputting the password on the wall; (b) intrudes into the entrance; and (c) cut off the entrance by 550 meters electric wires, the market price of which is 1.520,000 won owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on the structure managed by the victim, and infringes on the victim's property.
