A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On July 6, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, 30 minutes of the 30-minutes of the victim’s cafeteria’s cafeteria by carrying the pedago by the large sound of the “E” operated by the victim D (year 52) in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and with the large sound of the other table to the customers who are in the cafeteria, “I need to do so well.”

B. At around 21:30 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) in the “H” restaurant operated by the Victim G (L, 52 years old); (b) in the front of the restaurant entrance, the Defendant 20 minutes of the victim’s restaurant business by failing to enter the restaurant, such as having the customers drinking alcohol on a simple table installed in the front of the restaurant entrance; and (c) making them unable to enter the restaurant, such as having the driver’s fee.

C. At around 21:50 on the same day, the Defendant, at the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J (W, 56 years old), the Defendant expressed that “I,” other testable customers, “I see, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, and dick,” and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as making customers who were in the restaurant flick, leave flick, or unable to enter, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. At around 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was fluored with the foregoing c at a place specified in paragraph (c) of the same Article; (b) was fluored with a desire to return home from M, who is a police official belonging to the Seoul Heavy Police Station L district, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from the said J; (c) Ma, such as “culp fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, etc.; (c) Ma’s bridge was walking at once; and (d) opened the police chest attached to M’s chest by hand; (e) Ma’s fluor; and (e) Ma’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor; and (e) performed legitimate duties concerning the patrol and handling of the report.
