1. 2. Interference with business;

A. On May 8, 2013, from around 23:00 to May 00:25, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main store business by force, such as noise and bathing to customers, without any justifiable reason, at the “G main store” of the victim F’s operation in Ansan-si E, Ansan-si. The Defendant interfered with the victim’s main store business by force.

B. On May 11, 2013, from around 21:50 to 22:15, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s pharmacy’s business operation by force by leaving the victim’s “J pharmacy” in the operation of the victim I located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, with sound without any justifiable reason, such as cutting the paper-to-mail with water on the floor, and allowing customers to get out of the floor.
