A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;
A. At around 22:00 on January 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken the receipt from the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, without any justifiable reason; (b) taken the receipt from the drinking machine without any specific reason; and (c) taken the receipt from the drinking machine to the drinking machine; and (d) written the fright increase by other customers; and (e) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes, such as putting the fright and fright up the fright.
B. At around 05:00 on February 28, 2013, the Defendant opened a door in front of the Victim G in Jung-gu, Seoul, and obstructed the victim’s head office business by force for about 30 minutes, such as: (a) opening a door door in the condition of h’pump; and (b) leaving the door door in the condition of h’pump; and (c) holding the victim’s control; (d) taking the victim’s hump with the large sound, “I am hye and I am hye so that I am able to conduct business here; and (e) creating a blank atmosphere, I am hume’s head office business by force.
C. At around 22:10 on March 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes, such as the victim’s fating fat and fating fat in the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) but (c) was refused to drink the victim’s fating.
On March 2, 2013, at around 20:30, the Defendant took a bath at the place indicated in the paragraph (a), and without any justifiable reason, to enter the said place, and, without any justifiable reason, took a warning to the customers who are drinking alcohol at another customer, creating a fear atmosphere, such as going away from the restaurant by leaving the victim D, destroying the parked taxi, etc., and then putting about 1 hour, such as “Chewing, bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit.”
