A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchase and medication of philophones on April 24, 2019;

가. 피고인은 2019. 4. 24. 21:30경 경기 군포시 B 부근에서, 인터넷 위챗 메신저를 통해 알게 된 향정신성의약품 메트암페타민(일명 ‘필로폰’, 이하 ‘필로폰’이라 한다) 판매자인 C이 지정한 D 명의 농협 계좌(E)로 대금 30만원을 송금한 다음, 위 C을 만나 필로폰 약 0.3g을 교부받아, 필로폰을 매매하였다.

B. At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that inhales approximately 0.3g of philophones purchased as above in a gambling place, and inhales them with a tool that made use of balone as soon as possible, following the heating of 0.3g of philophones purchased as above, at the end of 23:00.

2. Purchase and medication of philophones on May 13, 2019;

가. 피고인은 2019. 5. 13. 11:34경 경기 수원시 권선구 G 부근에서, 인터넷 위챗 메신저를 통해 알게 된 필로폰 판매자인 C이 지정한 D 명의 농협 계좌(E)로 대금 30만원을 송금한 다음, 위 C을 만나 필로폰 약 0.5g을 교부받아, 필로폰을 매매하였다.

B. At around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that inhales the volume of approximately 0.5g philophones purchased as above to a gambling place, and inhales them with a device that made use of the water as soon as soon as possible, after which the following postponements occurred, at around 15:00 the Defendant’s dwelling place.

3. Purchase and medication of philophones on June 18, 2019;

가. 피고인은 2019. 6. 18. 15:30경 경기 성남시 수정구 H에 있는 I역 부근에서, 인터넷 위챗 메신저를 통해 알게 된 필로폰 판매자인 C이 지정한 D 명의 농협 계좌(E)로 대금 30만원을 송금한 다음, 위 C을 만나 필로폰 약 0.3g을 교부받아, 필로폰을 매매하였다.

B. At around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant was from the F, and the second floor of the Sinnam-si of the Defendant’s dwelling.
