Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2012, from around 16:20 to 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by occupying more than 8,80 other participants in other assemblies who participated in the “the 8-lane resolution meeting for the general strike of strike” held in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and by holding more than 8,800 other participants in the assembly and raising relief.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
