Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) on the C office located in the Busan B and C, the Busan B and the third floor; (b) on November 22, 2018, the Defendant entered “D”, “E”, and “D” into the food business operator’s succession column, using a weighing machine, and signed on the food business operator’s succession report kept in the location B and the second floor of Busan, the Busan, which was operated by D without authority, with the intention of having the right to operate the “E”; and (c) signed the document’s transfer/acquisition on the B and the second floor; and (d) signed the document’s transfer/acquisition by using a painting tool to write the “E”, “E”, “D”, and “D” in the name of the transferor; and (d) signed the letter of delegation to enter the “D” in the transfer/acquisition column and sign the letter of delegation; and (d) forged one copy of each letter of delegation.

2. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) exercised the aforesaid investigation document’s event at the office of the F department of the Busan Urban Planning Office located in the year-based 2, Busan Urban Planning Office; (b) held that G of the Department of General C, who was unaware of the forgery, issued as if he were a document duly formed with the F of the Busan Urban Planning Office and the H of the public official.
