Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant married in around 1982 with C, but divorced around 1995.

1. Crimes related to the cash custody certificate of KRW 70 million on September 4, 2012;

A. On September 4, 2012, the Defendant, at the E-real estate office located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, on a white paper, agreed to pay the above amount not later than November 4, 2012 under the title “cash storage certificate” using a black pen to check on the white paper, and marked “F and name of the debtor: C” and affixed C’s seal which was arbitrarily dismissed on his name.

As a result, the defendant prepared a copy of cash custody certificate in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of exercising.

B. The Defendant above A.

As stated in paragraph (1), one copy of a forged cash storage certificate in C was delivered to G who is aware of the forgery, as if it was a document drawn up with C’s permission, and exercised it.

2. A crime related to 35 million won cash storage certificate;

A. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant promised to pay up to March 10, 2013, under the title of “cash custody certificate” by using a folder to the Membial body, at the first office of the Defendant’s operation located in the Hamnbuk-gun, the Defendant signed C in his name after stating “F and name C”.

As a result, the defendant prepared a copy of cash custody certificate in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of exercising.

As stated in paragraph (1), one copy of a forged cash custody certificate in C was delivered to J who is aware of the forgery as if it was a document duly formed with C’s permission.
