A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence Nos. 2, 4, and 22 from the defendant shall be confiscated, and 12,600,000 won shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who has established a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act or a gambling space for citizens of the Seoul Olympic Games or an entrusted business entity, shall provide goods or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto;

On October 2017, the opening staff of the Internet gambling site, such as “F” and “G,” expressed that they would be able to open and operate a large number of Internet sports discussions sites, receive money from customers using the gambling site using a large number of borrowed accounts, and planned to collect the withdrawal books in the form of organization under the management of lighting staff, such as H and I, and then let the withdrawal books to acquire profits by enabling them to cashe the income of the said gambling site, and the Defendant would pay 100,000 won per day from the non-name staff who contacted the Internet job-seeking site to the Defendant, upon receiving a proposal, who will take charge of the withdrawal of money by accepting it.

Accordingly, since September 1, 2016, the opening staff of the gambling site opened a large number of Internet gambling sites, such as “F”, “G”, etc. at the site from around the site, and had customers enjoy money by predicting the results of various sports games, such as domestic and foreign festivals, camping districts, farming districts, summers, and exhaustrs, and paying profits according to the dividend rates allocated to the customers who correctly predicted the results of the sports games, and then deposited money from the gambling site users using the gambling account by using the above sports entertainment site from October 5, 2017 to April 3, 2018, the Defendant received money from the above 126 times as shown in the daily list of crimes, and the Defendant deposited money in the above gambling site with the account of operating the gambling site by using the name of the employees of the above 126 hours.
