Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is not an entrusted business entity nor a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who has issued voting rights to promote sports or things similar thereto, shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the result;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 02:16 on February 17, 2015, visited F, G, H, and I, a private sports soil site, by using a computer installed at E E E (E (E) office located at a macroscam, and deposited KRW 700,000 in the bank account (105702581735) designated by the above gambling site operator, and deposited KRW 700,000 in the bank account in the name of U.S. Escam (105702581735) designated by the above gambling site operator, and received the corresponding game money in a way of betting the winning or winning of the sports games, such as a stable opened at home and abroad, and deposited KRW 104,460,00 in the above way from that time to October 21, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. No person who is not a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the result of the promotion of sports or the issuance of things similar thereto;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around February 17, 2015, connected F, G, H, and I, a private sports soil site using a mobile phone from 302 Dong 407, the Defendant’s residence, at the 06:32 Scam of the Defendant, which is the Defendant’s residence, at around 06:32, 2015, connected to F, G, and I, which is a private sports soil site, and then designated by the said gambling site operators.
