Punishment of the crime

From June 2013 to November 3, 2011 of the same year, the Defendant had the wife B, 301 “C” office, and F, G, H, I, and J conduct the racing conducted in the Korean Racing Association by using “D”, “E,” and paid dividends on the racing in total 278 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, in a manner of paying dividends to the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant, in relation to the racing conducted by Morse society, had the enemy engage in acts similar to the horse riding voting, thereby allowing the enemy to pay property or property benefits, and opened the gambling.
