A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, five days shall apply.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the vehicle B, Coin, Ltd.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 16:41 on September 20, 2019, the Defendant made a registration number plate by attaching a Chapter A4-3 on the registration number plate after the vehicle at the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government-ro 5,6 396-6 39.
