Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and operator of the Ray vehicle B.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 11:20 on August 6, 2013, the Defendant parked the said vehicle on the road in front of 312-4, and installed the front registration license plate of the said vehicle from the ground to the front registration license plate of the said vehicle for the purpose of avoiding the crackdown on violating parking regulations after parking the said vehicle at the place.

Accordingly, the defendant intentionally shielded a registration number plate or made it illegible.
