Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 17, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 20:21, the Defendant committed a prohibited act on the road, such as holding a seat for about five minutes in a way that obstructs traffic on the roads (in the first direction of the road in the middle direction of the four-lane pharmacy located in Gangwon-gun C.

2. 모욕 피고인은 위 일시, 장소에서 112신고를 받고 출동한 피해자인 고성경찰서 E파출소 소속 경장 F(34세)가 피고인에게 도로 밖으로 나가 달라고 요청하자 일행인 G 등이 있는 자리에서 피해자에게 “씨발, 씹새끼야, 짭새야”라고 욕설을 하는 등 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
