A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons

Criminal facts

1. On September 3, 2014, at around 20:50, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the victim’s restaurant by force for about 10 minutes, including, but not limited to, the following: (a) the Defendant ordered the victim’s “D” restaurant operated in Gyeongnam-gun B to drink alcohol and food, and subsequently requested the victim to pay money; (b) the victim expressed his/her desire to “I are unable to do so, and no money exists; and (c) the victim will be shot off,” and the Defendant obstructed the operation of the victim’s restaurant by force.
