Defendant

A has been operating B with permission for meat packaging business from around 2008, and on July 13, 201, A established a stock company under the name of E and actually operated the said company by obtaining permission for meat packaging business until 2014.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Act on the Traceability of Beef and Beef shall make it difficult to identify the import and distribution identification number by forging, altering, removing, or intentionally destroying the importation and distribution identification mark attached to the imported beef distinguishing from the distribution of beef;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, around December 3, 2012, conducted a soup work by separating 180km from B offices located in Sungdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, B with a mark identifying the import and distribution, and then supplied B with a cover of the import and distribution identification mark on B itself stuffs or plastic bags without a cover of the original stuff, and then supplied G with a cover of the import and distribution identification mark (after a one-day one-day one-day one-day one-day one-day one-time from March 29, 201 to March 29, 2014, making it difficult to distinguish the identification number by intentionally damaging imported and distributed beef 170,720,162 won from the aforesaid method.

(b) No business operator engaged in meat packaging and processing business that violates the matters to be observed by business operators shall distribute and sell meat in freezing meat or freezing meat by freezing freezing freezing meat;
