A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of code on livestock products;

(a) No business operator engaged in meat packaging business shall operate freezing products in accordance with the standards on the processing, packing, preservation, and distribution method of livestock products in accordance with the notice determined by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety (hereinafter referred to as “livestock product code”) and distribute them into actual temperature or refrigerating products.
