Defendant
On October 7, 2009, C Co., Ltd. is a corporation engaged in the wholesale and retail of chickens, the chickens processing business, and all business incidental thereto. The defendant A is the representative of C Co., Ltd., and the head of Jung-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City on April 28, 2010 reported the sale of livestock products (sale of meat) to the head of Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City. On December 29, 2012, a person who is engaged in the business of packaging and selling livestock products incidental to the above, such as chickens and ducks, after obtaining permission from the head of the same Gu on December 29, 2012. The defendant B is the head of C Co.
1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and B;
A. The Defendants, as business operators and employees engaged in the meat packaging business, should comply with the matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister, and thus, despite the fact that the Defendants were not allowed to operate freezing meat or freezing meat and distribute and sell it in freezing meat, the Defendants conspired to operate the imported mountain (brecoin, Sazine) freezing and freezing it, or to distribute it as refrigerating products to customers.
Accordingly, from April 28, 2010 to February 28, 2016, Defendant A purchased the said imported goods from G and H, etc. from Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, to purchase the said imported goods from G and H, etc., and 665,563 km to 65,563 km in water supply at the actual temperature, and distributed them as the refrigerating products. Defendant B performed the work of identifying customers for distribution of the said imported goods, selling products, and collecting money. Defendant B sold the said imported goods by 580,000 won as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of crimes, at around 300 business places, such as I and J, located in approximately 659,719kg, 2,942, 239,856 won in the above imported goods.
2. A business operator engaged in the meat packaging business of Defendant A shall not sell or store for sale livestock products, the expiration date indicated on the relevant livestock products, and the livestock products, the expiration date of which is indicated as “dispacting for disposal” and shall be stored separately in a certain area inside the cooling warehouse or facility.
