A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) made an image file using a quality inspection certificate in the name of the head of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute established with a view to forging the quality inspection certificate in the name of the head of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute, which was duly established with a view to forging the quality inspection certificate in order to sell solar ginseng and deliver it to purchasers; (b) made an image file using the image file in the name of the head of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute established with a view to forging the quality inspection certificate; (c) made “D” and “Esan Ginseng G in the contact column; (b) made “H in the test number column of the pass certificate”; and (c) made “Esan Ginseng G in the producer column” written in the contact column “Csan Ginseng” and “Csan Ginseng G in the contact column; and (c) made it available in the name of the producer on the same day in the name of the Nam-dong, Daegu-gu Seoul Special Forestry Promotion Institute in the name of the head of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute in the name of the head of the Korea Food Promotion Promotion Institute in the name of 50.

2. Counterfeiting of forged official documents;

A. In November 2014, the Defendant sold mountain ginseng at K in the operation of the Cheongju-si, considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongyang-si, and exercised, as such, the Defendant issued the certificate of passing the quality inspection of special forest products (H) in the name of the president of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute, a forged public document (H) as if it was duly formed.

B. In November 2014, the Defendant sold the mountain ginseng from N of the operation of Heung-gu L located in Heung-gu, Young-gu, Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si, which was a forged public document, issued a quality inspection certificate of special forest products (H) under the name of the president of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute (H) as if they were duly formed.

3. When intending to sell any special forest product violating the Forestry and Mountain Villages Development Promotion Act, such product shall undergo a quality inspection in advance by a specialized institution.

The Defendant, on November 14, 2014, shall be affiliated with Cheongju-si I.
