A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative of the FF farming association that cultivates and sells mountain ginseng, and Defendant B is the representative of the GG in charge of the mail order business that sells mountain ginseng.

1. Where a producer or seller of the defendant A intends to distribute or sell the mountain ginseng which is a special agricultural product, he/she shall undergo the quality inspection in advance by a specialized institution and indicate the result of the quality inspection on the location easily recognizable to the consumers, and shall not make any false labelling;

A. On October 2, 2014, the Defendant, which was in the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sold mountain ginseng 200 roots 200, which did not indicate the quality of the products being purchased and kept in the market at the FF Farming Complex operated by the Defendant, for KRW 3,500 per ppuri, to the representative of the G LF Co., Ltd., a mail-order sales company, and separately issued ten copies of the quality inspection pass certificate of mountain ginseng stated by the Defendant as the producer.

B. On October 7, 2014, the Defendant sold Soyang ginseng 500 roots, which did not indicate the quality of the raw farm collected from the original farm at the above FFFFFFFFFF farm, to the representative of the KFFG, for KRW 1,700 per ppuri, and separately issued 50 copies of the quality inspection pass certificate of Soyang Ginseng, which the Defendant entered as the producer.

Accordingly, the defendant sold forest products with no quality labelling.

2. Defendant B, a mail-order company that sells mountain ginseng on the first floor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, operated the KG and attached to the Gyeyang ginseng that sells it to consumers, failed to pass the quality inspection of special forest products on the mountain ginseng attached to the GG, which is a mail-order company that sells mountain ginseng on the first floor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, followed the Defendant to use the special forest products by making a new pass

The Defendant, on October 3, 2014, purchased walk ginseng from K printing companies located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District Court of the Republic of Korea from the Republic of Korea on or around October 3, 2014, with the size of “Aro 8.4 cm, 11.4 cm in length, 11.4 cm in length.”
